This Presbyterian Church is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA), a Protestant Christian denomination in the Reformed tradition. As such, we believe in God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The second person of the Trinity, Jesus Christ, fully reveals God and is head of the church and Lord over all creation and all people.

We believe that God calls people to faith through the grace of Jesus Christ, which he gave to the world in his death and resurrection that we might be reconciled to God and have eternal life. God’s grace makes our faith possible, so we can do nothing to claim God’s salvation by our own effort. We put this belief into practice in baptizing infants. Our response to God’s gift of grace is that of praise and gratitude.

We reflect our gratitude to God through the power of the Holy Spirit by living out Christ’s love to God and neighbor. We uphold the authority of scripture in all matters of faith and life, and we encourage openness in dialogue over the issues that confront the church and culture.
